With how much new content moves away from the stealth meta more and more, I don't think its a bad thing this doesn't have a suppressor
I personally just like the sound of the suppressor. With an unyielding build, you don’t need a suppressor at all anyway
This gun is going to be amazing on my Scribe build for the BOS group I'm in. I always try to stack benefits for our Knights, and this will be an amazing form of crowd control to bring to the fight.

IDK why people would hate on him for buying the scoreboard. He makes fallout videos. He kinda has to buy it so he can get some vids out quickly. What does it matter to you how he got it? I just can't understand the hate. People want to see the videos but hate on him for getting the things necessary to make them.

I noticed all the mirelurks are showing neutral now until shot. The Swarm Event was difficult because I needed to get damage on them to VATS afterward.
I did Swarm of Suitors last night and it was fine. This update seems to have some issues.
I was at the raider outpost that has the mirelurk nests outside of it in the Forest region and noticed this as well. There are a few broken things that are active right now, but so far nothing too game breaking that I've discovered yet. The funniest one yet is how I don't have any plans for Union PA, yet the arms drop for me at events, and they are unlootable.
All mirelurks across the map are friendly now for me too...until I attack first. Vats won't pick them up in scan until they turn red. This is dumb.
What I really like about it is that it makes you play a different way. I'm like you, I never go down to the last round, using this you have to, to be able to get that great last round effect

That stun seems helpful if you fighting a group it allows you to reload
Ooh, pairing the circuit breaker with a weaponised nuka squirter would be a pretty fun build. Or just grenades. Spam until the stun then lob a couple of nuka quantum grenades into the stunned crowd quickly.
The damage seems relatively low and the base magazine is depressing. However, it's fun for dailies and just running around. Especially if you're a new player, you will love this weapon.
Does the grenadier perk improve the blast radius on this weapon?
(Since the explosion doesn’t do damage demolition expert won’t work)
The electric stun seems to be bugged sometimes, not stunning the enemy’s in this video 😅
Great eval on this weapon, and much appreciated. i am also a pretty stealthy player, so yea a new challenge which is great ! Cant hate on learning something new :)

Since the effect can only affect the same enemies once per 10 seconds, unless you are really careful with your shots, I'd kind of lean toward the larger magazine...
If its semi auto the large mag could mean they are not stunned for a slight bit of time (depending on how fast you fire it) while the small can mean they are stunned semi permanently
@@snudu Agreed; If you are averaging 8 rounds per 10 secs or less, than go w/ the small mag, if you're firing off more, go with the larger...
The stun might be good for DO where enemies are numerous and close together
Could stun a group then light em up with explosive AOE damage or use a flamer on them?
I had noticed that. Yeah it looks designed to be a horde breaker weapon for sure.
Wait this stun effect can be pretty OP at crowd controlling wendigos during the Colossal problem event paired with an explosive weapon.
Those wendigos do no damage if you don’t have a food build

Really bummed there is only two mag options for it and no suppressor.
You'll get used to not reloading. I also suspect explosive perks affect it.
At first the AoE wasn't doing dmg, and i messed with my build so it's good for both circuit breaker and my cruisaders. After that I think AoE is doing damage now...ironically.
Grenadier gives it a wider spread and you can definitely notice that, and im also using demolition expert. Seems AoE is somewhat an explosive thing and energy?
So it's gonna be viable enough for certain builds the way Cold Shoulder has become?
How do you get it to show what Weapon mods change, Mine is just Aim speed up arrows and down arrows and such
I wonder if it's worth shooting until the stun, then switching to another weapon for 10 seconds, then switching back.
as long as you switch to another nearby target you can still avoid the cooldown. I was more wondering ways you could possibly reduce the clip size or increase the fire rate.
when they turn to ash . the color is the same with legendary. I was thinking it was a legendary enemy that you killed. but it was not.

It's possible. I'm not sure yet since I haven't spent much time with it. It seems like it might be more of a niche weapon. Crusader with fusion receiver is a good option though.
My Q/25/50 Alien Blaster does more damage than this weapon.
I thought it would be like the fixer, elder mark, holy fire where there is no reason to roll the normal version and you keep the hidden effect but no its a "new" weapon basically a better crusader pistol in a 10mm body
Nvm its even worse than a crusader since its not silent
If they add a proper silencer and make a full auto receivers maybe it would be a viable thing but the unique effect/particle/sound aren't enough to make it good for me
@@nightcore_nidus4633 if you look at the max damage it pushes, and then extrapolate what it would look like fully automatic - it would be ridiculously OP.
Its not silent like a handmade with silencer but its not loud either its quiet just like a cryolator, ab, gamma gun wich mean you won't get detected as soon as you shoot but you can end up in danger if you shoot too much so that mean it can be used as stealth but probably not really good for farming stealth westtek (please note that this is my result after 1 hour of testing i will edit this comment if i get interesting other results to mention) EDIT: after more testing its definitely less quiet than the quiet weapon list i put above even outside westTek you will most likely get in danger most of the time and to make it as strong as possible going low health is a good idea but since you can't really stay hidden, most of the time you will die like an idiot
While people grind the scoreboard me i have to remake my whole camp cause i softlock a place anywhere door trying to make a cool looking spot for the switch to clear sky
4 hour later im finally done now i cant go farm westTek cause normally now 3 star enemy always drop 3 star weapon
very lazy to reuse the 10mm model for this weapon

Not made for stealth. You can still get sneak damage with non-stealth weapons.

Also remember that @Wiggle also has the "must reload" affliction. (poor soul lol) but you are right can't get stealth bonus in danger
Here is the question, does the last shot effect is only for you or ANY other person who uses this gun as well ? I mean , yes it does say that it cant be triggered again before 10 seconds but it got me wandering...

Little tips the tax expedition is crazy good for framing stamps you get around 15-20 if you do all the optional objectives wich aren't really hard (the truck part you need to throw them they count as grenade)
Your 10mm pistol was level 45 and the circuit breaker was 50.

westtek nuka mining. a lot of people the do farming to clear the board.

You can buy the scoreboard with Atoms/money.
You can click on the item you want to unlock, and then spend Atoms to unlock everything up until the item you want.

So fire damage has been nerfed and yet people still using fireproof, some people just can't take the heat I guess 😂😂
Fireproof also affects explosive damage, which affects attacks like Scorchbeast and Mirelurk Shockwaves, Earle's Falling Ashes, Floater Attacks, Angler Attacks, Enemy Grenades/Molotovs, Wendigo Screams, and most importantly, your own explosions. That perk makes a huge impact, and helps ALOT, and it's a perk I personally recommend for most players. It's what kept me from getting killed so often while people bitched about how turrets and robots kept one shotting them.

It is not explicitly a 10mm pistol, so no 10mm meshes will work.

Not the greatest weapon with some uses. Also I don’t use any gunslinger perk cards and instead get my damage from other perk cards. Would like to see something done for small guns….

Can the other 10mm skins on the scoreboard be applied to regular 10mm pistols though. That's what I'd like to know. Some of them are great looking.
@@ozymandias178 It seems to take the 10mm pistol mods, but not all of them as was stated in the video. The resemblance to the 10mm is uncanny, but it is not. This weapon seems to have more in common with a Crusader Pistol, than a 10mm.

This does not seem as good as the cold shoulder or nuka launcher. Sad, was hoping for a pistol with similiar power levels...
Try the alien blaster. It will outperform the Circuit breaker.
I dunno... I feel like not giving it a suppressor reduces its use dramatically.
Run it against the Cold Shoulder, and you'll see what I mean. 8 Shots of pure chaos versus 8 shots of meh.
That's a bit unfair, I admit, because the Cold Shoulder is still ridiculously OP, but at least it's not an auto or a heavy.

I have the legendary perk card named Disposable Income.
No fully auto, not silent, damage is so so = NOBODY WILL USE THIS Pistols remain one of the worst options in 76
It's definitely not amazing, but he was running it in full health. So we're seeing this gun at it's worst.
I dont think it's meant to be the answer to 'I need a main weapon and never change' types. There's too much reliance on commando weapons at the moment and build diversity has suffered since.
Yeah, if you want an op build get a bloodied stealth Commando build and go nuts, or a heavy weapon bloodied PA build.
I really like pistols for pootling about the wasteland and having fun, but they are never going to be top tier. And that's okay. Pistols are the games hard mode. Full health no stealth pistols are very hard mode. And the circuit breaker will make it more fun to play that way.
