    All three are a genius in the kitchen, Charles however has the touch. It is true that us Panamanians can’t live without sofrito and cilantro 🌿 at least 🙋🏽‍♀️🇵🇦 I must have it even if I don’t live in 🇵🇦 . So well done this video

      @Ligia Ferrera just because theyre fair skinned does not mean they arent indigenous/ other. I’m panamanian too and I have pale skin, blue eyes, and straight brown hair. Don’t judge a person’s culture and authenticity by their appearance when our ancestors were highly diverse.
