    -We normally don't use honey, actually we DON'T USE HONEY AT ALL!
    -Make sure to use crushed/minced ginger.
    -Don't turn off the heat immediately after the tea rises up, let it boil on low heat for sometime.
    -You can add cardamom, black pepper, cloves even cinnamon and many other spices as well for more amazing flavour. (All of this is optional and based on preference)
    Also, the chef's tea looked awful, no Indian would ever approve that.
    And its not chai tea, its just either chai or tea.

    A very simple recipe for two people
    * 1 Cup Water
    * 1/2 Cinnamon Stick
    * 2 Cloves ( Optional )
    * Ginger 1/2 ( Optional )
    * 6 Table Spoon Chai Tea ( Preferable Yellow Lable )
    * Milk as much as you need
    Preparation: Start with 1 cup of Water, 6 Table Spoon of Chai Tea and add 1/2 Cinnamon Stick for taste. Let is Boil first. Once its boiling add the Milk. This step is important once its start boiling again with Milk added you have to let it boild for at least for a minute on a very low Flame. This will bring out the real taste. Proceed to use a strainer and Pour it HOT. Enjoy and remember not to let it cooldown you can have small sips and enjoy. Good remedy for Headaches and Tiredness

    If you want good tea, don't switch it off as soon as it rises. Keep it on low and let the tea stay on heat for a while... That's where the taste of tea lies. On that note Selena's tea looks like actual tea than padma's (hers looks horrendous)

      @@Punjabibabadook drinking too hot tea can damage your food pipe and that can cause cancer. It's not like this only applies on hot tea but damaging your food pipe in any way can cause cancer. Hot tea is just one of the cause. For other part of your comment many ingredients like clove, ginger, Elaichi, tea leaves are actually healthy for our body and even helps in fight cancer.
      (Having no knowledge is still better than having half knowledge)

    I just wanna clear one thing, chai is actually hindi for "tea". So not all chai has spices and everything in it, it usually just has milk, sugar, tea leaves and water. The chai with spicee is called "Masala chai".
    Edit: just wanna clarify chai is not just a hindi word it is also used in many other languages across India and in some other languages like Swahili and russian as well
