Hi. Sadhguru didn't actually say what his "biggest reason" for lack of success is. Here's mine. There are seven things needed to succeed and lacking any one will mean crashing and burning. To succeed you must:
1/ Have a plan.
2/ Accept that you will achieve your plan in stages, not all at once. (Like a rocket escaping the "unsuccess" of earth's gravity.)
3/ Have the persistence to pass through each stage and onto the next. You will not succeed in "one big hit".
4/ Be prepared to overcome set-backs.
5/ Be prepared to modify your plan if the situation changes.
6/ Be prepared to ditch your plan if it turns out to be unrealistic.
7/ Be prepared to create another plan. (Have a "plan B").
