I was 33 when my entire life changed. My heart literally broke (Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection), and on Good Friday a complication following surgery led to a profound NDE. Of course it was amazing, but what brought me back was seeing what my sons' lives would be like without me. I needed to go back to give my sons the unconditional love they deserved, and even though I was warned about the challenges I was going to face when I went back, nothing could have prepared me for the nightmare that my life became. My first life ended at 33. The life I rebuilt from the ashes ended 15 years later when my son died. Now I am reinventing myself for a third time! I am so grateful for my NDE as it has given me so much comfort since my son's transition. We have an ongoing and very deep connection. I've never felt that he was gone. Wonder what life has in store for me next!

I First thought, when i was 21 there was something so big in me that changed a huge part within myself. The way i acted, the things i liked, the people o would get to surround myself or not. And most important the way i started to Think. Right now i feel a deep,deep pain actually centered Close to my heart. There is aswell a Lot pf Confusion involved. Regardless i find myself quiter than usual, even in These moments of feeling like "bleeding out". I wish i would be wiser to Express this feeling better and not so limited. I feel like something dies but not even particular in a "wrong way" .

It was my transition to sustained enlightenment. I have been growing ever since- spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Kriya, karma, gnani, and bhakti. People have told me that I appear different and I personally feel a lot more free, balanced, and happy. Faith and forgiveness are the way. And the way is grace. And fear is the lack of these dimensions

33-34 was my best years in life so far, Still Learning though!
We ALL may hit some turbulence, but we bounce back quick with mantras and correct diet.

When I turned 40 it was like a rebirth. I lived like I had never lived before. I knew better and what not to do but was able to those things anyway and really enjoyed my forties!

In may ways this is very heartbreaking to hear as someone affected by colonialization and the absolute uprooting and fragmentation of culture and therefor spiritual development and knowledge that comes with it; I live in a few places and countries in my 27 years of existence, America is by far the most purposefully misguided and crown less, rootless and ruthless; I still have fear for my loved one(s) who are still so deeply indoctrinated by a plethora of factors and fear and I worry that they may be "running out of time". Numbers are very sacred and time is too, time we have to establish a sacred impenetrable foundation of implemented knowledge based in such principles like the ancient ones you share with us have yet to be known and embraced by many caught in the systematic degradation of the spirit, aka, in a physical material sense, the "ghetto" and the gates of hell surrounding it. There are people I love, truly only 2, and one I am only concerned for when it comes to their development, I dot want them to give up on the real truth, the sacred everlasting ever loving truth buried within them, but there is so much they have survived and so much they understandably dont trust, and hope is fading fast, it fades and reignites for me and I try in my heart to reignite it for them, but it is not up to me. And Sadhguru, part of me fears that the closer I choose to be and commit to God, this Godly lifestyle, the further they may become from me, whether our energies become so opposite that separation is inevitable or something else. They will be 33 soon, and before I know it I will be too, I know my soul is my priority, I am not a mother, I am not a savior, but I am someone who loves someone that is suffering and hasn't been gifted and guided with the tools that their soul deserves and requires for them to break free, and the clock is ticking, and deep down I want to build a future and maybe even a family with this precious being, this child of God, but I worry that it may be getting too late and there are so many of my people "trapped" in a world built by them just to be destroyed, so many to be saved clueless of the keys they hold to their suffering and their divinity, there is a bridge between both I know, but I am just expressing the reality of a black woman who feels like she lives on death row and only wants to have the courage to believe freedom is a right given by God to us all, and to my beloved
At 30 i was unhappy with my work, reduced my working time to 20 hrs/week, started hatha yoga, sport and eating vegetarien. My sportfriend introduced me to my wife, and my life started, the way it should be, no coincidence, in spite of many hardships and doubts. Now 80, still working as a healer, carpenter, author, naturopathe-practitioner. Still weekly on marketplaces with books, minerals, herbs, foodsupplements. I am dutch an live in France. Your story in very impressive ! Our immortal SOUL , coming from the regions of grace and beauty, nevertheless accepts these, almost impossible challenges, to grow or bringing changes in social stuctures and even countrys (Nelson Mandela) and that will enhance/accelerate greatly the evolution of the earth. i wrote a brochure entiteld karma and reincarnation in the light of true love, indicating what uncoditional LOVE can do. With peace in the heart, we can overcome all obstacles.. Your Soul show great compassion for those who suffer so much and that has absolutely influence...........You will find your way and passion for sure..
