Cant say if im at my best when im alone, but its just my preference to be alone. Im not anti social . I just dont like you , more or less. I dindnt need a reason, nor do i have one.

I love it but if you are tied with your family it’s impossible to leave and explore and practice loneliness. ❤❤
Sitting still and living alone wouldn't give happiness. They may give satisfactory state of mind. Human must live like humans. Only then human would get happiness and joy.
When the family you were born into is a mess and you dont talk to them, You have children and a family that wont speak to you. Some of us are forced alone with no choice. Marriage for 34 years 5 kids no time for friends and made none. Some of have no choice. Being alone is nice but left with no feeling just numbness and not knowing how to react in situations anymore. Finding it difficult to meditate. Restless and busy mind but no want to do anything alone. No desire for living.
Go on a fast
This is not being alone though, this is you being lonely. I'd liked to be your friend.🤗
Think of all your achievements
No matter how small.
Take pride that others in your shies would have crumbled
But you stood tall
Still breathing
Your sisters are around you cheering you on
