I am teary in a good way as I am a person with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. I am in awe of how you are speaking of Gabriel so beautifully. It is as everybody shall speak of one another, we need less judgement and more love and compassion. We can be okay even in the uncomfortable and unsure. And I am getting that part of my brain tons of exercise every day, as I am in recovery from self harm, alcohol and drugs. All different amounts of time but I am 100% substance and " comfortably numbing" free. I am grateful the mom's such as yourself that love whole heartedly and with no judgement.

Colleen is so honest. Usually peope showing off more or less in their speech. But she seems not. Like she just really want people to change. Made me cry. Thank you.

After watching many of these inspiring videos from TED you wonder how it is possible to change and which is the formula to get into this change. Then you realize that the formula is your personal target.

Colleen, you should also consider writing a book to inspire others and help them to overcome their adversities as you have overcome yours. You could also consider creating a website to share your stories and experiences that will come your way in the future.

Just shared this talk on my facebookpage. As a mother of two children, one of them experiencing challenges as Aspergers, depressions and genderdystrofie (but going strong) I recognised a lot. I am slowly growing from a worrier into a warrior! Thank you so much for this talk. I just needed it to make some hard decisions.

Lu Jiang, The brain is a muscle. In order to strengthen a muscle, you have to start using it more for it's intended purpose. Learn something new, play card games and board games that require strategy, discipline yourself by not letting laziness get in the way. The more you discipline yourself, the easier it is to discipline yourself because your brain is stronger.

Catherine Gold - nowadays with the Corona Virus 🦠 I bet you are one of those people who have got 7 packages of toilet paper in your house 🧻 and the reason why you do that is the same reason why you don’t understand the way this talk it helpful for others like me. How? Because through getting to live her life in such resilient way and being brave and coherent enough to share it I can take example.
