Great video and beautiful tank. I would recommend getting panels for the stand so it looks cleaner to hide the tank and accessories. But besides that this tank is so spectacular. Keep it up dude

Yes it is much easier to clean if I don’t wait so long but I wanted to show how dirty this tank gets after 3 weeks, and also to show how I clean it. Kinda the point of this video yunno. Thanks for watching!!!

Thanks for updating me on this video. I want to get a 300+ tank for my predator fish but looking on craigslist nobody seems to have it so I'm looking into custom builds or DIY'ing one for myself. The size makes me nervous, maybe I'll get lucky and find a big one like you did.
Cabal Sieben yeah keep an eye out and you might find one. I live about 45 minutes above LA so there are a lot of people getting rid of all sizes of tanks. I got lucky with this one tho. Good luck finding one. Thanks for checking out my videos. I appreciate that!!!

johnny stone I like the python but my tap water is chlorinated so it’s kind of risky. Plus I only have one tank running right now so it’s not a big deal. Thanks for watching and commenting!!!

Why don't you use a python too drain and fill up tank bro? That's a hell of allot of work trucking all that water.. It so so much better.
Larry R that’s what Ive heard. I might look into getting one of those. Sometimes I drag the hose inside to fill the tank too. Much easier than lifting all those buckets haha. I need to step up my game!
@@allaboutdiy1375 I agree with the python, i use to use buckets what a pain. The python is so much easier, I made my own after watching a CZcams video for DIY python
Why not raising algae eater and snails when cichlids are young? Don’t work?
