No there really isn't a difference other than price. The powder is usually more affordable. Same NMN just a different way of taking it. Just depends on your preference. Hope that helps.
Are you still taking urolithin A? Any updates you can provide. Looking into adding this to my stack haha
I'm not. I am pretty loyal to DoNotAge. Rooting for the little guy. Nestle sued (or threatened to sue) them for selling Urolithin A claiming they owned the right to "the effects" of Urolithin A. How can you own the "effects" of something? I don't think it's right but I'm on the fence. I'd like to keep taking it. I believe it's legit. Timeline nutrition sells Urolithin A. A product called Mitopure. Looks like a quality product. Way more expensive. And guess who owns Timeline Nutrition? Nestle. At this point I'm holding off for the reason listed but also budget. So many interesting supplements but I have to be selective also because of $.
