Key Fob 1995-2008 Ford keyless entry programming. If turning the ignition off and on 8 times does not work. Then do the exact same procedure but try turning the ignition on and off 2 times and if that doesn't work, 3times, 4times , 5,6,7,9 etc. One of these combinations should work. Remember the locks should cycle when the right combination is used.
