Wow, I grab food from that exact location twice, sometimes three times, per week. It's close to where I work. But after watching this video, I will never return. Don't even care if they discipline the employees involved.
First off, you proved several times over how the guy was impeding your movement, it's also illegal for him to block your camera view. What he's doing is also assault. The moment he touches you in any way, including another object, that's battery. Second, Major props to the biker at the end for defending you and explaining how people have no expectations of privacy in public. The kicker was when the worker told him to 'go be a hero somewhere else', perhaps he should have took his own advice, lol. Finally, One thing that you proved really well is you walked pretty far away from the business, but the worker steadily proceeded to follow, block, and impede your movement. This is assault and harassment. The nasty and ill-informed cops approving the worker to proceed to harass you. For the first time, I emailed the parent company of this employee. I would be mortified to have this person representing my business by committing crimes on camera. I requested a response, who knows if I’ll get one, but I tried.

Guy in this video is nice example, he is telling us story about his life: 24:46 - his mom and dad are (or were) usually paying for his expenses, he takes it for a fact, that everyone else has it exactly the same 25:00 - his parents told him he must move out after reaching certain point in life (the sooner the better) 25:10 - he is talking to people who don't ask or care about him at all, he belives that all the world is revolving only around him 25:13 - he is laughing to his own words, to make it look like he is funny when he is not, wants to believe that somebody cares 25:33 - he is again talking to people who don't even care about what he has to say, or that they are being filmed. He has very low confidence in his actions, hopes to find someone to support him 25:41 - his parents did not award him when he did something right, so he is unconsciously bringing this "good job, good job". That is to make himself to believe that even if parents say "good job" sometimes, they dont really mean it. So it must be ok that his parents never said that to him. 25:52 - his brain is trying to find strategy for converting his harrasment to a "kids game", so that if it goes wrong, he can pretend "he didn't mean it wrong". He knows that what he is doing is not right, and somebody could be against it sooner or later. 26:00 - him saying "you are such a good content creator" shows his envy to anyone who's got something in their life, this is usually because he was not able to discover anything constructive he could do. I would say that its apparent i hate non-empathic, no-logic, low-EQ people like this guy and i would love if they would change. But I know we can't change other people, we only can change ourselves. Even if he reads this, there is only a small chance that he will take it as a constructive critic, and not just as a rant about "what i dont like".

For the first time, I emailed the parent company of this employee. I would be mortified to have this person representing my business by committing crimes on camera. I requested a response, who knows if I’ll get one, but I tried.
I find it disturbing, the ease of which some people can engage in an act if pure meanness, and do it with a smile on their face and joy in their heart.
On a separate note, I hope you carry pepper spay at minimum.

25:00 - his parents told him he must move out after reaching certain point in life (the sooner the better)
25:10 - he is talking to people who don't ask or care about him at all, he belives that all the world is revolving only around him
25:13 - he is laughing to his own words, to make it look like he is funny when he is not, wants to believe that somebody cares
25:33 - he is again talking to people who don't even care about what he has to say, or that they are being filmed. He has very low confidence in his actions, hopes to find someone to support him
25:41 - his parents did not award him when he did something right, so he is unconsciously bringing this "good job, good job". That is to make himself to believe that even if parents say "good job" sometimes, they dont really mean it. So it must be ok that his parents never said that to him.
25:52 - his brain is trying to find strategy for converting his harrasment to a "kids game", so that if it goes wrong, he can pretend "he didn't mean it wrong". He knows that what he is doing is not right, and somebody could be against it sooner or later.
26:00 - him saying "you are such a good content creator" shows his envy to anyone who's got something in their life, this is usually because he was not able to discover anything constructive he could do. This reaction shows that he is just consumer, not creator, he has never created something of value and he is angry if it looks like someone else is able to do that.
26:20 - he believes that he has to explain all his actions always, he thinks "a man has to explain himself", he does not understand the basic concept in this world, that if you don't say it, nobody knows it - nobody can really read your mind, which is useful
26:32 - reflecting his wrongdoins, he say "get ouf the way, bro", when he is the one who is not only blocking the free path of movement, but is also actively performing the harrasment, as if it was "this is how harrasment looks like" video
27:35 - reflection; he is probably not aware what is his brain doing, but here right after seeing himself in the mirror, he is literally saying that he is "dumb", to himself; he thinks he told it to the other person; meanwhile it was really just a message from his brain was trying to deliver to his own ears, because internal comms are apparently failing
28:49 - another reflection; again his own brain trying to deliver information without success; he still thinks he is talking to another person and not to himself.
30:56 - again talking to people who don't care about him; overestimating his importance in this world; nobody cares, young man; "He needs help" realy means "Please, somebody, I am here, I need attention, why nobody cares?"
31:54 - somebody said a word! attention that was so wanted is finally here; he is trying to make them stop and have conversation, but again, they dont care, how sad
32:11 - that is what his parents were saying to him, and now after he graduated and he can see it was for nothing; his life did not change automatically and he is unable to create anything of value, so just joins a job he later hates
I don't want to continue with this, the above is example for 7-8 minutes of the video.
This message also means that "i am talking", and let's not forget, when we talk, we talk about ourselves, so what does this reveals about me?
I would say that its apparent i hate non-empathic, no-logic, low-EQ people like this guy and i would love if they would change. But I know we can't change other people, we only can change ourselves. Even if he reads this, there is only a small chance that he will take it as a constructive critic, and not just as a rant about "what i dont like".
