LENOXX SOUND C-736G Boombox Overhaul and Bluetooth Mod

- This is a really cute LENOXX SOUND model C-736G boombox. It comes with the original box. It was in good working condition except for cassette deck. Also, it had a very scratchy sound from the volume potentiometer. So I overhauled it then added the Bluetooth system.
During restoring the cassette deck, I encountered a heavy wow and flatter noise. So what I did was, 1) replacing the pinch roller, 2) replacing the drive belt, 3) replacing the motor. After 4 times of re-do, it finally started working properly. It still has a slight wow and flatter noise, but when playing the music, for me, it is OK. The successful combination was a new pinch roller + the original motor + the wider drive belt.
The Bluetooth mod, I brought the power for the Bluetooth from the motor, removed ground-loop noise by using DC/DC isolated power supply, and injected Bluetooth music signal to the volume potentiometer. I think I should add resistors between the Bluetooth signal and volume potentiometer, but maybe this boombox's amp will be able to handle it without resistors.

I have a Sanyo 9970 I want to do bluethooth receiver on it. Can I do a Bluetooth receiver to digital HCR to digital to analogue converter to analogue HCR to line in L and R ???

Probably it has 4 speakers, front and top each side, if it is a boombox that you are talking about, I have worked same type of the boombox before.

Did you re-grease the capstan thrust retainer?
I used 100% synthetic oil instead of grease.
