Love this album and I'm glad I'm not the only who can't get enough of the bridge in Miracle LOL But honestly, I think this is a solid album and after some more time, I personally could definitely consider it a classic. On a completely different note though, you guys should post a review of the new Alkaline Trio album! Would be interested to hear the thoughts
it's so solid and it keeps getting better with every listen. We talked about doing the new Alkaline Trio album! But decided they would be coming up on the show soon probably so we ended up not. but maybe we should still........ hey thanks for watching!
7/10. I'd give 'top album' to walking wounded. Saw them recently on this album tour... They played about 4 from the new album, plus the classics. They were outstanding! Saw them last in Shudder era, they sound more polished and tight and with unnatural energy for age.
Okay, Landon's assistant contacted me about this comment (he does not speak to me directly off-podcast) and I will answer simply by linking to a trailer that I edited for a movie that Landon and I were in a few years back. Listen closely the background tunes and you MAY get the ANSWER you are SEEKING! czcams.com/video/TqJt_BqAZQo/video.htmlsi=GuBHI9MIFARwpgql ...Also this comment reminded me to get listening to Up On Gravity Hill and so far I'm into it! I really like how they keep expanding further out from the pure noise-punk elements of their earlier stuff.
That was my comment! I enjoyed the thrash metal influence on this album. Metallica DNA is strong
My favourite Bayside record is Shudder
Agreed! Great album too! They just don’t miss too much, this Bayside!

This is good. but Killing Time is better!!
We may be blinded by recency bias again, but i think this edges it out just slightly!
