I don't have a Huawei phone but have been happy with my Huawei Smartwatches. For me the battery life is the absolute key consideration. I cannot do daily charging when i travel. too much range anxiety

Watch Fit 1 user here, and it's awesome. It only has one button (defaults to main menu), which is great when the screen is wet and unresponsive. The addition of the wheel in the WF3 feels extraneous to me, since you can scroll using the screen. It's also an additional protrusion that takes space on the wrist. But, it might be a boon when trying to scroll in a wet situation. Love the GPS of my WF1, its sleep tracking, accurate heart rate monitor, handy stopwatch / countdown timer. I even use the flashlight feature occasionally, and it's very useful. I don't miss calls in noisy environments when my phone is not in my pocket, because the watch vibrates on my wrist. I can read SMS on it, quicker than checking on the phone. So much convenience in a cheap device.
Even you doesn't use any Huawei smartphone, but you may need to try any Huawei wearables, it's too good to skip 😊
On a serious note, I love my Huawei band 7. Great battery life, great screen, super lightweight.
What of music control
Works fine for my android and iphone.
Have a Huawei GT runner for almost a year now and love it. Before that a used a Honor band 5 for more than 4 years. It still works and even the battery life is still awesome.
Huawei is such an amazing company.

Thank you for this. I just ordered one from Amazon's UK site for delivery in the US. I really hope there's nothing I can't do function-wise given how much my government despises Huawei.
I've used & had no real issues with my Huawei Band 4, 5, & 6. I skipped the 7, and now have the Huawei Band 8. Only problems that I have with the Band 8 is that the touchscreen can be a bit temperamental if you don't tap the EXACT SPOT that the screen wants you to tap... And also, the sleep tracker is the worst of every Huawei Band that I've used. It's fairly accurate (when it works 🙄)... But sometimes it totally skips over times when I am actually sleeping 😴, and tells me that I wasn't sleeping, when i actually was 🤷🏼♂️. Was hoping it would get fixed wit a firmware update by now... But no such luck yet 🤦🏼♂️. The band you're reviewing here is a larger version of the Band 8, but with a few more functions. I honestly don't see it as being worth $100 more than a Huawei Band 8. No NFC payments is a bummer but i am rarely without my phone, so in reality it's no biggie. Great watch for the price. 100% not as good as an apple watch but for the price is a keen watch. Good review.

Never used Huawei before, owned 3 Apple Watches in the past and sold them shortly after buying them. I always hated the short battery life and unnecessary apps and notifications that I never used, just wanted a decent fitness tracker that can do a few things on the Iphone too.
This seems to be the perfect product for me lol.
Awesome video, i got one and i am gobsmacked how well it works! Beautiful bright screen, snappy with zero lag & build quality is impressive. Its a complete apple knockoff looks- wise but for $250AU - its an absolute bargain.
FYI my crown works perfectly so you might have a dodgy unit. Health app is in the samsung store now ✌️

It would be great if all these smart watch companies would offer a larger band size for those of us who have big wrists. Ordered the Honor watch 4, doesn't fit my wrist. Huawei/Honor have no options to go bigger, as do most I've looked at.

Looks interesting ,I have a galaxy watch ( free with phone ) but the battery life is so annoying at 24 hrs at best ,coming from someone who had a smart band that lasted 2 weeks.The battery life here seems better and makes it worth considering a swap

What countries have Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis enabled? When I go on Croatian Watch Fit 3 page there's no mention of it so I guess it's not enabled. Is there a way to enable it?
How well does the calendar integration work on this watch when connected with an Android (as opposed to Huawei) phone? I spotted the "Events - G calendar" app was installed on the watch, does this work OK? So far no reviewer has looked at this in detail!

It's slightly like my AmazeFit GTS2e. Which was chosen for the shape and battery life.
Xiaomi band 8 pro is the best band. Well-made, Gorilla Glass Victus, metal frame. Additionally, it has GPS.

It does not work in apple applications, It has its own app. If you want that then get an apple watch!
Bad review. Just listed out the all the function mean nothing. We know what it does, we hear to value how good it is. No actual detail such as how accurate the heart rate tracked compare to other devices.

I have a problem with her that I linked her to the s24 ultra through the Huawei application and the alarm is also what connects to her and during the connection I can not design the mobile either respond or lock in the face of the caller knowing all notifications from within the health application of Huawei
Huawei Fit 2 were decent, but also super disappointing software-wise, bought them after hearing how they plan to support their OS properly with Store and apps and 2 years later still waiting for any decent app to appear there...
huawei and xiaomi has the best watches...especially huawei
Note for anyone who doesn't like proprietary straps: if a watch gets popular enough there's a good chance a 3rd party company will make some form of adapter that will allow you to attach a standard strap (like a 22mm strap) to the watch. The only drawback with those adapters is that they can't really be built in a way that doesn't add length to the watch's arms (or whatever you call the parts that the strap attaches to; I'm a bit clueless on watch part terminology) but I've found this to be a minor issue in most cases.

I do love Huawei watches, design and batery life are brilliant, its just a shame that 3rd party apps arent available, after all, we wouldnt want the Chinese government knowing how many Greggs sausage rolls i was buying via contactless payments, would we?

You should. just sold mine a couple of days ago to get a Huawei GT 4 but this thing came up and is a lot better than GT 4 if you're not looking into a longer battery life. Fit 3 is essentially a square version of the GT 4. The Redmi Watch 4 is nothing compared to Fit 3
