Huawei GT Runner ( all black ): purchased in November 2022.
I use it for running, hiking and biking. HR sensor is very good ( I also have Polar H10 for comparison ) and the GPS is also decent ( been tested many times while hiking and trail running in the mountains, also running and biking ). It's very light, comfortable, performance is way better than you would get in many devices that are 2-3 times the price. I don't use it for talking on it, media, notifications, music, etc. - it's strictly for looking at the time, sleep tracking ( it's by far the most accurate, but it can be used as an indicator of sleep quality after a while, when you get the "hang" of it ), heart rate and for tracking sports.
Battery time is around 6 days for me - almost everything is turned on ( HR monitoring is real-time ), except stress. I run 5-6 times a week, averaging around 70-75 km / 44-47 miles. I paid 620 RON or 124 EUR or 134 USD ( back in Nov. 2022 ).
Should Huawei stick to this formula and release a v.2, with improved sensors, GPS, sleep tracking, at least the same battery life performance, I would buy it, even if the price were to be x2.

An Apple Watch user for years.. I bought the Huawei Gt 4 a few months ago and I never looked back.. paired with a 14 pro max.. ohh and 12 days of battery life..😊

I had a Redmi Watch 4, sold it a couple days ago for this. The Redmi looks pale in-comparison to the Fit 3, but of course the Fit 3 is a lot more expensive. Fit 3 is essentially a GT4 on a square form factor with better specifications
I have the GT4 an amazing watch,12 days with sleep tracking and around 18 days without it. It's spot on tracking activities
I just bought it and it really is an upgrade from the previous ones, but how can i go to the option for gym workouts like the ones that show on the video at 6:54 ??

I got my first Apple Watch (a Nike Series 7) just after the Series 8 and Ultra 1 were released. If I was needing a replacement, I’d definitely be considering this, especially seeing as it’s iOS compatible.

Does it pair with iPhone in everything?
The Huawei Watch Fit 3 was just announced and is currently available for pre-order in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. It will be released on May 22nd, 2 priced at £140/€160 (around $169) for the Fluoroelastomer strap version and £160/€180 (around $199) for the White Leather Strap version.
That particular watch strap, how is it going to deal with workouts as far as sweat goes? Will it be ok? Will it discolour etc?

I’m doing it after 4 years with my GT2
I upgraded from the gt2 and imo its worth it, much faster response and more options, but the battery life of the gt2 is unmatched

I just watched a long review of the heart tracking on the Huawei Band 9 which, unfortunately, fell well short of the Band 8 that I have. At the moment, I wear a Huawei Band 8 for heart tracking and a Fitbit Inspire 3 for sleep tracking, both being best in class at their price point at those particular things - that is, if you can't stretch to the accuracy king of the Apple Watch, which was you say, is expensive and irritating that you have to charge it every 24hrs!
It's a bit of a nuisance wearing two devices, so I was thinking about the entry level Apple watch. Hmm. I will dig deeper. Intrigued! Really interested in how helpful the software features sound. Helpful review, thanks!
I currently have Amaze fit Pro3 which I've had for over one and a half years now and it is Great.
After watching this review I am beginning to seriously consider the Fit3 but I have a Question
which is:
Does the Fit3 have One-Tap Measuring which is You choose the option then stand still for 45 seconds
and gives You 4 Different Measurements namely: Hart Rate, Blood Oxygen, Stress Level and Breaths per minute?

Only if you prefer the physical design of the Fit 3. Looks like the software is completely unchanged.

Fit series last for 10days battery life, and gt series at 14 days, it depends on your convenience and choice tbh

Probably not. You can't on the Fit 2, and the Fit 3 doesn't appear to have changed a single thing on the software side. That said, it does have a generic media controller - i.e. it'll play/pause whatever you're listening to on your phone.

Gt2 have barometer, this thing has not. All the other functions are mostly the same, so I dont recommend to "upgrade".

2) How does it compare (fitness accuracy compared to Garmin)?
Does it have GPS for running, and memory for music so you can run with it and wireless earphones? Looks pretty sweet.

and yes it have like 1.5GB of space thats equal to up to 300+ songs stored locally on the watch
and yes you can connect it to wireless headphones\ any other audio device and you you can connect it to gem tools as long as its supported.

Do all the health features in the iPhone work, such as different heart rate, heart fitness, and all the health features found in the Apple watch, and work in the Apple application and not in the Huawei Health application?

I have a ticwatch pro, and it does not work well paired with my iphone, notifications come when hey want to lol, sometimes the whole day without anything. So I gues it’s due to the android system.
Any issues on that matter with theses huawei?
Actually, it's not android but apple OS that makes problems with your watch....
Apple closed their garden, and whatever you buy, except apple watch, you will have problems using it with an iPhone.

The difference between Apple Watch and this is that Apple Watch is a SMART WATCH and Fit 3 is a fitness bracelet. You can't do much on smart side :) That's why it lasts 10 days
The only thing you can't do is, pay with the watch, replay to messages with a keyboard and you don't have a big selection of 3rd party apps although you can install 3rd party apps on it.
So it's every bit as smart as any smart watch.

Battery life on Huewei watches is insane...once you get 10 days you will never go back to Apple Google etc.

Biggest issue with this watch is, does not have hiking mode (no altitude meter).
And if you get multiple messages from one person, example viber, you will be able to see only last one.

Can I play music without the phone?
Ive got one. Yes it has 32G storage and you can transfer music to the watch (at least on android you can, not sure about iphone)
But most features are android only
How this is better than other watch? Lte? Nfc? Messenging Apps on watch ? it's easy to be a killer of other smartwatch, but they choose otherwise n hope people will call it apple killer etc..

I bought an Apple series 8 watch 18 months ago - my first Apple watch. I was bitterly disappointed, almost entirely because of the battery life. I recently bought a Huawei GT4 and I love it - 10 days battery life, and its smart features are great...and accurate. My Apple watch remains in my cupboard...

I have an Apple Watch Ultra (v1). It has the same faults as all Apple Watches, at least up until AW6…..I play footie on a Friday night and have done for around 10 years plus. I always track my running during the game and at least 75% of the time, I forget to stop the activity when I finish. Every single time, my AWU, can’t differentiate between me running at 22mph or me running at 70mph plus (that’s me in the car)! It’s a pile of overpriced, overhyped rubbish. By far the best thing about it is it can’t even tell when you’re lying down. The amount of times my stand ring has closed when lying on the bed is unbelievable. Be ready though Mark…..I think you’ll be cancelled for openly praising Huawei. (It’s not hard to see the brilliance of all American products where the marketing hype is far behind the reality of performance. I’m not going to say what I’m talking about….I’m sure this clue will let you figure it out $61bn) Keep up the good work.

@achekholbeckal889 I mean, it the Fit 3 would have stayed the same shape as before it would still have had all the same features and it would have still have worked the same but now that it's more square a lot of people assume it's just an apple watch copy, like apple invented the square form or something and nobody else is allowed to use it.
Mark, how can you not mention there is no app store for this watch? The ability to add apps. That is a pretty poor omission from a 11 min review.
