With slices that big it becomes a pizza quesadilla, they are why to big. The reheat should create a nice firm under carriage with minimal flop. That being said, I'm so glad Louisville is getting more artisanal pizza joints and this is a must try on my list.

You might consider trying Grammie’s in Smiths Grove Ky. Real home style food. I’ve eaten catfish at a lot of different restaurants but I think it’s the best I’ve ever eaten. And close to the newest Buc- ees
