- Slanina fiarta in zeama de varza usturoi si boia
2 kg de slanina
Luam slanina o vom pune in:
zeama de varza murata 2l -2,5l (suficient cat sa acopere slanina pe care il vom fierbe)
adaugam 1 pahar de vin (preferatul tau)
1 capatana de usturoi folosim pentru asezonarea sucului de varza murata unde fierbem slanina,
piper negru 2 linguri
10-15 foi de dafin
Dupa ce fierbem slanina in acesta zeama de varza murata si asezonata pana devine frageda si untoasa o vom condimenta cu:
1 capatana de usturoi zdrobit
boia de ardei 3 linguri le amestecam si asezonam slanina pe deasupra.
Pofta buna!!!
Bacon cooked in pickled cabbage juice with garlic and paprika
2 kg of bacon
We take the bacon and put it in:
sauerkraut cabbage juice 2l -2.5l (enough to cover the bacon that we will cook)
add 1 glass of wine (your favorite)
We use 1 head of garlic to season the sauerkraut juice where we cook the bacon,
black pepper 2 tbsp
10-15 bay leaves
After boiling the bacon in this pickled and seasoned sauerkraut cabbage juice until it becomes tender and buttery, we will season it with:
1 head of garlic crushed
3 spoons of paprika, mix them and season the bacon on top.
