- Best way to cook sweet potato! You will not stop eating sweet potatoes if you cook it this way! Learn the new way how to make sweet potato at home, it’s easy and incredibly delicious! This dish tastes better than meat, so tasty and crispy and the result is amazing! This is the best sweet potato recipe I have tried for a long time. 🥣 Ingredients:
1 medium size sweet potato (1.1lb | 500g)
1 medium size zucchini (0.5lb | 200g)
1 onion
3oz | 80g | 1 cup almond meal
1oz | 30g | 1/3 cup plant based parmesan cheese
3oz | 50g | 1/3 cup breadcrumbs or chickpea crumbs
1tsp dried herbs
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp Korean chilli flakes
salt for seasoning
🧑🍳Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to get the flavour you enjoy the most.
❗You can substitute plant based parmesan cheese for 5tbsp nutritional yeast.
❗Almond meal can be replaced by rolled oats or ground sunflower seeds.
❗Korean chilli flakes (Gochugaru) substitute includes crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.

I'm primarily familiar with South America's Amazonian deforestation from NGO work, where we see the five C's of clear-cutting: cows, corn, caju (cashews), cassava, and coffee. At the rate of 15,000 to 30,000 square kilometers per year, the rainforest is going up in smoke. Kills wild animals, destroys their habitats, wiping out hundreds of species per year. 😔😥 As a vegan, I'm committed to reducing harm to both farm and wild animals, and also reducing my impact on the planet.
