Deleted scene of "James Bond 007: Spectre" in Obertilliach 2015

On 15th of January 2015 they filmed a part of the Q chase scene with Ben Whishaw in the historic part of Obertilliach/Austria. But finally this scene was deleted and not in the Spectre movie!
They prepared the village for that scene for many hours and added a lot of snow to the streets. To this time there was some snow in Obertilliach, but obvious not enough for the movie. Also a lot of extras were involved.
I was hidden behind a fence above the location and watched the scene for about 4 or 5 times. There was only Ben Whishaw running and looking backward to the persecutors. But there were no other actors involved in that scene. The only used 1 camera.
