  • It is important to keep fit, strong and conditioned whilst injured. This pilates workout can be done in a boot or cast. Most exercises are appropriate for anyone non weight bearing, partial weight bearing or fully weight bearing in the boot. It is always best to check with a professional to be sure you are allowed to do this workout. The creator is not responsible for any injury sustained or worsened whilst participating in this workout.     Have you always wanted to start HiiT Training but felt nervous about getting injured? or that you are not fit enough... Rest assured... I am a physiotherapist with 20 years experience and qualified HiiT and Pilates Instructor.
    My workouts have lots of instruction, alternative exercises and can be progressed through getting increasingly hard with this series of workouts. Ideal in Covid-19 Lockdown with gyms closed.
