It's such an automatic thing with me to mix in other people's feelings with my decisions
I still say that it's your interpretation of their feelings... thus you're creating your own version of them within you and then responding to them.
That's my opinion though :P
Narnia is a lot smaller than you'd imagine ... good to know! The Chronicles of Narnia are my most beloved books of all time. The Magician's Nephew, in particular. Something about that 'wood between the worlds' ....
^^ Sounds like you've visited there more than I have! :P
being truly happy without hurting others. my personal definition of success in life
Great goal to have ^^
I am a fairly new gardener and I simply cannot pull plants in the fall without a tremendous amount of grief. In fact, I mostly just wait for the snow so they die naturally. This year, I brought some of my plants in from the garden because I could not bear to let them stay outside in the coming snowfall.
We live in a forest and sometimes need to have trees cut down and it is excruciating to do so because I feel it so deeply to cut down a tree. I feel you, Matt.
Fascinating! There's a nearby path that was surrounded with trees until recently. They dug up the roots the other day and tbh it was a bit "grotesque" in a weird way. I had never thought of it like that before I saw them.
Haha 😅 when you talked about feeling bad for mannequins and inanimate objects really hit home. fellow INFP here.
Those poor things! lol
💯💯💯🎯🎯🎯
This is great ! Since I have accepting a challenge to write a blog post about INFP empathy, when Fe users tend to judge Fi as selfish...
Thank you, Matt.
How'd the post go?
@@GeekPsychology I have posted it in my blogsite few days ago, somehow it was written in my native language.
So far, it's cool ( from the response I got when I wrote a short form of it as my Facebook status several months ago).
Thank you Matt for the concern...
I kind of obsess over "butterfly effect" kind of possible consequences from a lack of mindfulness. Like the flu example, what if I get someone sick and that person ends up getting an elderly family member of theirs sick and I inadvertently cause someone's death. Yea NE is definitely aware of divergent paths, lol.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💚💚💚👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻(I flip in between INFP & INFJ…..& Aquarius the HUMANITARIAN sign I just OVERSTOOD, UNDERSTAND & INNERSTAND u!!!!!😅😂🤣🥲🙃😇)
Thanks for commenting ^^
Which is your true type? They're quite different.
@@GeekPsychology NOT sure I test both ways….flip back n forth on last letter ALL the time……..
Good stuff🥹
Thank you ^^
Lol that's so funny about the mannequin...I'm like that too. I felt the same way about some Halloween decorations this year, we had to use rebar to hold up some skeletons 😂. I also feel that way about the forms at my work...the forms that need signing that sit at the back of the file holder...I often catch myself "feeling bad" for them because they never get used, so I make sure to rotate them to the front...so weird 😅🩷
ha yeah. I can relate to the feeling bad for things that are not used.
