  • One of my favourite Nigerian stews is known as Ayamase aka designer stew. By the time you make this stew, it will be yourfavourite too.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    INGREDIENTS TO SEASON MEAT:
    * 120g Goat Meat
    * 120g Cow Foot
    * 120g Boneless Beef
    * 120g Tripe (Shaki)
    * 1 Onion
    * 3 Garlic
    * 1 Scotch Bonnet
    * Thumbsize Ginger
    * 1 Tsp Badia Complete Seasoning
    * 1 Tsp Adobo Seasoning
    * 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
    * 1 Tsp Ground Coriander
    * 1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
    * 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
    * 1 Tsp Jumbo Flavouring Stock
    OTHER INGREDIENTS:
    * Palm Oil
    * 8 Green Bell Peppers
    * 3 Red Bell Peppers
    * 3 Medium Onions
    * 6 Scotch Bonnets
    * 1 Onion Finely diced
    * 1 Tbsp Iru ( Locust Beans)
    * 1 Tbsp Crayfish Powder
    * 6 Eggs
