How to make Nigerian Ofada Rice & Sauce from start to finish / for beginners

This is how to make Ofada Rice & Sauce for Beginners
INGREDIENTS
3 cups Ofada rice
1 tbspn salt or to taste
1 tbspn vegetable oil
OFADA SAUCE
*Red pepper mix
5-7 Scotch bonnet pepper
8-10 Cayenne pepper
5-7 Red bell pepper
Assorted meat of choice (liver, shaki, intestine, heart)
2-3 cup Palm oil
1-2 Tbspn Ground crayfish powder
1-2 medium size Onions
1-2 tbspn Locust beans (iru)
2-3 cubes Seasoning
Salt to taste

Locust bean are meant to be washed except for iru pete,we have 3types woro,Pete and egan which serves different purpose.The egan is very good for those that have eye defect,the miracle behind that egan locust bean can’t be explain.You did a very good job,more wisdom.
