⭕️INGREDIENTS FOR Coconut Rice
* 3 cups rice
* 1 medium size coconut
* 1/2 kilo Chicken (or any protein)
* 5-6 Scotch bonnet (Atarodo)
* 2-3 cayenne pepper
* 1 red bell pepper
* 1 big size Onions (chopped)
* 2-3 tablespoon crayfish (powder & whole)
* 1-2 cooking Spoon vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup spring onions (optional)
* 1-2 medium size smoked fish
* 2-3 seasoning cubes
* 2-3 tspn salt or to taste
To boil chicken
seasoning powder
Salt
Garlic & ginger paste
Onions
Curry /thyme
You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
