This is how to make the best Milky Doughnuts for beginners
*Doughnuts
500g All purpose flour
4-5 tbspn sugar
50g margarine
1 cup water
1 egg
1 tbspn yeast
*Condensed Milk ingredients
1 cup powder milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm water
*Milky filling
Condensed Milk
Evaporated milk
Powder milk
Milk flavor (optional)
*Whipping cream filling
Evaporated Milk
Whipping cream
Milk powder
*Custard Cream Filling
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 & 1/2 tbspn corn flour
1/2 tspn vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.

Hello T spices. Absolutely great recipe. It's finger licking delicious. Here is what I did differently:
I added 8 tablespoons of sugar.
I added 55g of margarine
I added half cup of evaporated milk and half cup of water
I pounded it eventually in my small mortar and pestle until the dough passed the window pane test. Then I allowed it to ride for 45 minutes in a warm place. It went for a second kneading and I cut into 70g balls which was 13 balls and a small ball.
I mixed full cream powdered milk with sugar for dusting it.
Then I mixed whipping cream powder with very little water. Then I added evaporated milk and added powdered milk to thicken it up.
Best milky doughnuts so far. All I need now is some hot tea and I am good.
