    You did a perfect job. The ayamase stew looks sooo good. I loved how you covers the pot while bleaching your palm oil. Very important little tip 😉. You blended the vegetables very well, there was no single water in it. Thanks for sharing.

    This is exactly all the different pepper I use. Egg cooker...nice... This is the real party ofada sauce and that leaf serving is everything.

    I live how you blend the green pepper without water ,I have not prepare this before ,can I use olive oil or peanut oil for this recipe my wifey
    How did you get uma leaves the once I saw from mexican store is banana or plantain leaves

      Sure you can use any oil of your choice, traditionally they make it with the bleached palm oil. I do make it with other oils as well. The leaf was gifted to me by a friend and I made good use of it 😁 I appreciate you dear .

    This is Authentic Party Ayamase Stew, the Oil is well bleached and that's what gives it the unique yummy taste, yes dear the Sauceisn'tcompletewithoutEggs, I'm salivating Sis, it's looking so Tantalising and inviting, well done my darling Sis 😋❤❤
