Love the Chrome Tour X. I have only used it in the Simulator so far and on an inside putting green. Feels really smooth off the putter face, and feels great off of the driver, irons and wedges. Agree with Trent on the older Chrome Soft version feeling marshmallowish😂. I had one in my bag last year that I had forgot about, and with my swing it got blown off course in the wind. I also sampled the Chrome Tour and liked it as well. I never thought I would hear the 3 Bears used in a golf ball analogy😂😂😂. Great stuff by Trent
How do you find Chrome Tour ball durability on the course? I love these balls but they dont wear well on the course vs. Other options. That said, I will keep playing them as I got a bunch on the 4:3 sale.
Same experience. Tried Tour, Tour-X, Chrome Soft, TP5, TP5X, ProV1, ProV1X & AVX. All the Titliest balls are more durable & V1 the best. Felt the TP5 & Chrome Tour wore worst. My personal preference for my swing speed (100mph driver flat out) is the AVX or Chrome Soft. Curiously, there is minimal difference around the greens in terms of stopping power vs supposed higher spinning balls but you do see a difference in trajectory with longer shots. Age 60+, h’cap 7.
I just love Chrome Soft off the club face,full shots, pitches, chips around the green and putts! ⛳🏌️Old , new they've done it right! Did they do away with the Truvis?
