    Doctor I had Just a pain in my hip bone, tail bone and back that somehow j started to be on painkiller . After 3 days of continuous painkiller j felt j am bringing another disease in my body somehow bi had started to loose interest to live because even if I rest pain was making me restless. Your video for Hip pain I saw and took courage to do it. Next day itself tail bone pain gone. Hip bone pain in last 2 days reduced almost 80 percent. You came ax an Angel in my Life.     Thank you, Dr. Bharat for these excellent exercises. I used to do some of these some years ago when I had knee pain issues ( suggested by my physiotherapist) but I have forgotten some of them since I had stopped doing them once I felt better .
    Thanks for these exercises . Will start again since I have started having knee pain issues again. I think these have to be done for life to ensure flexibility:) God bless you abundantly for your well explained videos

      Dr.i have done my both knees replaced so i have lots Different Difficulty to banding but i will try i like to set Down the floor. 👍🙏

    V good exercises Dr Bharat.
    जब मैंने दो तीन दिन exercises की तो बहुत अच्छा लगा लेकिन तीसरे दिन मेरा left knee काफ़ी pain करने लगा
    आज पाँच दिन हो गये
    क्या pain में भी exercise जारी रखनी हैं?

    Namaskaar doctor sahab,
    Aapke bataye exercise se mujhe bahut aaram hua...
    Ab mujhe sidhi chadne main pareshani nahi hoti....
    Lekin sidhi se neeche aaney main pareshani hai...
    Neeche aaney ke liye ek baar main ek पैर neeche lana padta...
    Koi exercise iske liye ho to bataye plz..thanks

    2 saal se main zameen par paalthi maar ke nahi beth paati thi. Aapke video dekh kr exercise karne se main ab beth paati hu. Thank you so much. Ab please diet bhi bataein.
