The captain is a reflection of a team. Larkin got knocked around and banged up but stuck with it and won. Marchand abandons all skill, talent and class once he knows he's going to get beat. Hell of a win guys, LGRW!

I know it’s said a lot but it’s deserved. Awood your highlight packages are the absolute best. Cutting in a clip of to show a penalty (or non-penalty) or play while the audio of the current play continues is brilliant and seamless. Showing some of these awful calls but also showing why some were legit…this is what you don’t get from the bot programmed NHL ‘highlights’.
Did anybody catch Larkin hitting the glass in front of a couple Bruins fans after his goal, and one of the fans flipping him off? Almost brought a tear to my eye :')

It wasn't smart to have Larkin, Raymond, and Debrincat on the ice with 1 minute left in the game. Regardless of us being on the pp. Things were getting out of hand already and Larks had a rough game as it is. My opinion anyway
Absolutely true. What bothers me it mostly seems like it's always the first line out there when fights are initiated. And most of the time it's the Wings who initiate the fight...

Boston and specifically Marchand being spoiled babies because they lost. This will make a rivalry and pure hatred. With Marchand, its typical rat like behaviour. Pure classy captain behaviour. It reminded me when Crosby lost his shit and went after Zetterberg and Howard because of the same spoiled baby attitude. They acted like that because they were pissed they were losing.
I know it's been mostly about Debrincat and Larkin this year, but I believe Lucas Raymond is going to have a banner year, barring **jury. I'm really liking what I see with these Wings, but I have to admit I hate to see Larkin having to go to battle at the end of almost every play. He must have been exhausted after the game and abuse. He is a real Captain - very reminiscent of Stevie himself. Love to see all the extra comments that a winning team and world-class highlights bring !

I was at this game and it was such a blast. When Larkin scored the 3rd goal I was thinking 'That's our captain!' and then I heard someone near me say it out loud!

Thank you @awood40! Another great highlight reel. I was beginning to wonder if and when we were going to see one again! As Boston is my 2nd fav team, WINGS 1st of course, that was a great game. The BS at the end of the 3rd was so-so for Boston and Marchie. Comps fine, he was chirping and giving Marchie shit back the whole game which is exactly what you have to do. The Wings are not the same team they were, and Boston was a bit surprised by the push back and the physicality of the Wings down the stretch.
The zebras were pretty terrible as usual, especially the missed slash on Rass that left Pasta open, kinda. Pasta is just wicked good.

This team is starting to remind me of those very late 80's early 90's teams. We have offense but our size, defense and goalies are questionable. We will make the playoffs this year, so we can build upon that for sure.

It reminds me of what Mickey Redmond said in the 2002 season when we had that all-star/ future HOF team and talking about Brett Hull when it was on career goal 599 biding for 600..
Hull was in a bit of a slump similar to Debrincat and he says he'll be fine and just a matter of time because Hull was steady getting chances.. it just wasn't going in.. he said it's when you ghost yourself and stop getting the chances is when you should be concerned.. the next game vs the Sharks Hull scored career goal #600 on a one-timer at the Joe and that's all she wrote!🏒🔥
