  • 2 MINUTES SUNDAY. TWIST MIP’s can easily be forgotten during optimizing. However, if this occur there is a workaround. Join me, and I’ll show you.

    Can you do a video explaining abdominal subtractions utilizing multiphase “multiple measurements tab” automatically subtracting ?

    We preferably use the radial reconstruction. We'll have the cor MIP though too

    Bac !! You know how to reverse when the Dixon sequence comes out mixed. Does one part stay in fat and the other part in water? And aim and verse? Thank you very much in advance

      hi, i know what you mean. that i dont know. but i heard people stuggle with this. next time, try to do this like i show on the video. maybe the right images will come in the right "folder" fat and water. not a mix up. let me know. we dont do perfusion with dixon so i havent seen this before, so havent got the chance to try this out either.

    Bac, will this technique work if you don't have any MIPs ticked on at the start?

    • @Nguyen_MRI

      Good question. The answer is yes. However, be very careful in expert edit. Because messing around in there can destroy your sequence. So I would send over the raw data’s to pacs first just as backup.

    And if we change the temporal interpolation to 2 and we have, for example, 5 measurements we'll get 9 MIP images?

    • @Nguyen_MRI
      @Nguyen_MRI  Před 3 lety +1

      Indeed. I mean if you have raw 3s temp resolution. You then put interpolation 2 which means mips will provide you a temporal resolution of 1.5s.
