Tried it for breakfast today. The dosa got stuck in the tawa...not even a dosa turned out...my kids had to remain hungry for a lot till I made another breakfast. Total loss of batter, gas and time...

Kindly do not cut directly on the hands. I was rather anxious. You didn't just press down the knife, you ran it horizontally too. Someone else, might absentmindedly do the same with a sharp knife. I simply love your short n sweet videos.

Mam i am sorry to say but i tried this but my dosa kept sticking to pan and everything got ruined any idea how to fix that.? I make other dosas on these pan only but they turn out fine. I had tried using oil and without greasing as well. Btw i completely abided by your recipe?
Use 2 to 3 table spoon wheat flour that should fix the dosa it helps to bind well.

I don't have rice flour . So which flour i will mix in batter please tell me ..... By the way recipe look very delicious 🥰😋
Rice flour can easily be made at home by blending uncooked rice. I hope that helps! :)
You can use wheat flour instead, or if you have dosa batter goes well too. Hope that helps
