I have done 5 Disney Cruises and 2...now going on 3 Royal Caribbean Cruises. Disney does have better service but Royal has better food in my opinion. RCCL buffet has more of a variety of foods. RCCL is also half the price of Disney.

This was so good! We've never done Princess but it was always my grandmothers favorite cruise line and bless her, she cruised A LOT. So glad I found your channel!

Just got back from Disney Dream and I agree with much of your feedback. We've only been to 3 cruises. First time was Princess for our honeymoon, Carnival in between, and Disney Dream for a family wedding. I loved our family Disney Cruise and I wish we could afford to do a longer one soon as we felt rushed due to all the wedding arrangements and how short this cruise was. Disney's dinners were very nice. I loved eating at a different theme restaurant each night. But I remember the dinner food on Princess being even more upscale and loving the buffet on Princess even more. I always remember this thick french toast that they had for breakfast that was divine. The night shows that we saw at Princess were really really good also on my opinion. Our Disney Cruise experience was very good, but so expensive, we'll probably cruise with someone else next time. Oh, I did also get my hair done on Dream and felt pushed to buy an expensive product I hope I like. I couldn't believe you even had to buy the bag for your purchases. Loved the Rainforest spa on Dream! Prices went up for the spa from what I hear, but it was worth the 30 something dollars. Thanks for making this video! ^_^

Thank you! Hopefully others who love Disney but want to save a bit by trying Princess will find it helpful!

I can add a couple things like between The two different islands they own. All drinks on the Disney island are part of your trip. . Not so with Princess. Soda does cost on princess but the best way to get it is order a six pack and you get one free with only one charge of gratuity. I don’t know if Disney has a refrigerator in the room as Princess does. You can also bring a bottle of wine per guest in your state room for free on Princess. You can also bring more wine and pay a $15 corkage fee per bottle. I think Disney has something similar but on Disney you can actually bring on beer no other cruise line does that. Hope that helps.

My friend did a Disney cruise first then a princess cruise and was extremely disappointed in the princess cruise
Disney just does everything right and you get completely spoiled

Disney is pretty extra on all accounts. When I can afford it, I'll choose Disney. But I love cruising in general, so I don't mind doing other cruiselines like Princess for that more of that cruising experience, knowing that it will be different than Disney. :) Thanks for the comment!

Oh, I'm also doing Keto. Lost 20 lbs so far but put the diet on pause for the 3 days Disney Cruise. I had to! ^_^; Surprised I only gain like 2 lbs back!
