I have a virago 250 also but I feel like mine tops out around 60 any ideas or are u running this thing at 7-8k down the I-95

It might be really difficult to get hold of but if you can get the camshafts and twin carb setup from a Yamaha SRV250, it'll take your XV250 from 21hp to 27hp and give it a good kick in the guts
