  • For the first time ever, the National Day Parade (NDP) is seeing a female Parade Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) - Master Warrant Officer (MWO) Jennifer Tan. In the first of our three-part "Behind-the-Scenes" NDP Special, watch MWO Jennifer in action as she commands 29 marching contingents, and tells us how she trains her voice for the occasion. Also, meet this year's Parade Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Fahmi Aliman, who reveals some new elements of the parade. Find out more at mindef.sg/cyberp-mwoTan. Also check out NDP 11 Special Part 2 at czcams.com/users/cyberpioneertv....

I am ex Malaysian soldier..... i so impress to watch SAF female RSM give command on parade in Malay language. i also like to watch RSM pace stick. i remember when I'm in recruit that stick always flying over my head in parade training. Singaporean soldiers are professional as Malaysian soldiers. congratulation SAF....

"Gavalise" from 02:58 onwards? Too funny... Isn't it supposed to be "galvanise"?
"I will take it through until march off the parade" at 02:49.
The best and brightest of the SAF and Singapore, clearly.
    Good job Lieutenant Colonel Fahmi.

I still prefer RSM to be male, more muscular, more in command. Not being sexism but...it sounded weird to hear a female voice or a female RSM leading in the NDP for the first time. Needed Auto-tune software to make her voice more manly. No offense.

Non of them is really using strength end up making it look very slack...My friends from other countries laugh at me saying that their standard is hilarious..i can't shoot them back anything because they are actually right..I know you ncc guys trained hard..But its still not good enough brothers..

I'm very sure, not all Singaporeans fully understand their command and their national anthem because not all of them speak Malay 💔💔
Does Malay really act as their national language or it's just a symbolic language?
Why don't they just change "Majulah Singapura" into Singlish? ( _The language that is spoken by every Singaporeans_ )
Why do they insist in speaking Singlish and so proud of it? Do they really know the Nationalism?
IMO, if your national anthem and drill command is in Malay, then it is mandatory for every Singaporean to speak a perfect Malay... If you don't, then change the National's anthem lyrics and the drill command into the language you guys use to...
I don't think Singaporeans deserve to use the language in their national anthem and drill command if the majority of the people don't speak the language....
