Split the activities into Segments, Remember the sequence of drill, Always look at your men of what position they are in and that would remind you what drill command to come next, every such intervals of thought you only have less than 20 seconds.

Correction, tall tanned and handsome. Tanned on the exposed areas. Dark is for the original skin color. Some people are red, some white, some black, some cream, some yellow, some blue.
