- Do you like incredible quantity and attention to every little detail? You have come to the right place. Since I am a big fan of the trilogy of the movie " Back to the Future ", from an early age I dreamed of such a time machine in the role of which was the DeLorean car. As soon as I had the opportunity to rework this model, I took on this project with zeal, it was a fan job for fans of this great franchise. For this video I put all of myself, all my patience, all my skills and very, very, very many hours of my life, I hope true fans and connoisseurs will appreciate my work. Your attention to detail is unbelievable. At first I saw you sanding down the plastic wires and was confused. Then I'm like, "Oh, he's putting real wires on there" Excellent work!

Attention to detail ? Are you kidding me. For one the seats don't have any brown or dirt if that what is they were was going for. The exhaust fans are not brown they are black. Not to mention a ton I mean a ton of other errors. Was it a good restore? Yes it was. But to say "the attention to detail is simply stunning" is wrong. I see this as them creating their own version of it not really a restore.

I had no idea that restoring the time machine would be so complex, so detailed, and such an endeavour. You did a fantastic job. Doc Brown would be proud!

That turned into SO much more than I was expecting.
I love the detailing. I also really like that your methods don't involve machines that cost thousands of dollars and other things most amateurs don't have access to. It shows your skill off more to do these in a way that others could actually maybe learn to do. Good video!

I have 4 of these cars. One for each movie and an additional BTTF 1 for my kid. He completely destroyed it. Dang brat..
The 3 of mine are still in good condition. But all 3 together can't match the additional detailing and customising you put on yours!! Fantastic work!

@@donhartfield Thanks for the offer, but only my kid's car was destroyed. The 3 of mine from all 3 movies are still in perfect condition. Besides, I'm in Asia, the cost of restoration plus shipping could well buy me a brand new one. Haha

I think it was a mistake. The real wires just look like small wires to me. Not like a big chunky wire but in mini.

This restoration would make both Robert Zemeckis & Steven Spielberg very proud!! I know I am. I love the Delorean time machine!! I'm also very much in love with the Back To The Future trilogy as well. Good Restore did a fantastic job with this restoration big time!!!

Yeah, that was one of those completely unnecessary but hugely effective details, just like the line for the opening part of the windows. Nice touch.

I've gone down a rabbit hole of these Good Restore videos. I keep thinking, "he's not going to outdo himself next time." Well, it's "next time" and he's outdid himself. I'd bet my years salary that this man could restore my broken heart and make it better than it was. Brava!

I was panicking when you started grinding off the body but then it turned out better then the original. Great idea on the flooring carpet.
I think with thinner wires it would look a little more realistic , but I'm just saying that because everything else is perfect.

There’s not much of the original car. It looks like it’s mostly new parts and custom parts. I’m not knocking it down I think it’s amazing especially the carpet work that was so cool. And the use of real wires it made it so much better

This is clearly more than a restoration, it is in fact an improvement. The attention to detail is impressive. Replacing the plastic wiring with real wiring, stunning. The result is without a doubt magnificent.

Wow, that was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. In the beginning, as you were grinding away the external cables, I thought you were going to turn this into a normal, non-BTTF, DeLorean. Little did I know that you were going to do the restoration really really well. Good job. Excellent job. Very satisfying to watch.
