The game begins with Claire Redfield raiding an Umbrella Corporation facility in Paris in search of her brother, Chris. During the infiltration she is captured and imprisoned on Rockfort Island on the Southern Hemisphere. Soon after arriving she is knocked unconscious. After coming to, she is freed by Umbrella security guard Rodrigo Juan Raval who releases her from her cell in the aftermath of a T-virus outbreak on the island. Trying to escape from the contaminated island, Claire teams up with inmate Steve Burnside, at the same time being confronted with the island's commander Alfred Ashford. Alfred Ashford is shown to be a highly unstable character who has developed two personalities; himself and his twin sister Alexia. Meanwhile, Albert Wesker is on a mission of his own to retrieve a sample of the T-Veronica virus developed by Alexia. His unit is also responsible for the outbreak of the T-virus on Rockfort Island.

Finished this game yesterday on ps now was a hell of game I gotta say with all the puzzles and running back and forth but god it’s so perfect needs a remake

Despite them experimenting on him and being clones of his ancestor, he loved his children so much that he sought revenge for his. Less said for Alexia though, he did care but did invent a railgun to kill her if she went too far
To be fair, Alexander aggraviated them first: He didn't want a kid to love and care, he wanted a means to solve his failures and exploited Alexia's talents for evil and selfish gain. And Alfred wasn't a wanted child, something that he made clear.

Siempre tuve una relación amor odio respecto a la dificultad en ese RE code V, pero creo que es uno de los más importantes dentro de la saga original.
Imo the creepiest creature in the entire series.
As a kid, I was so hurt when Steve died. I was distraught. I wanted Claire and Steve to be together. I was only like 5 when this game came out but my mom and my siblings were so into it.

That made aiming at the guy’s chest unnecessarily difficult! And through sheer luck I managed to hit him perfectly without missing a shot, avoided getting Claire poisoned and completed the game twice (on PS2 and Game Cube) within the time range to get the Infinite RPG. My RE friends begged me to let them copy the Save from my Memory Cards to avoid doing the challenge themselves. 😅

This is the RE game that needs a remake the most imo, the tank controls mixed with the small boss fight areas have aged extremely poorly. Same with the respawning enemies and some of the terrible game design choices that screw over first time players (fuck that extinguisher)

This is another hard boss fight that is hard to deal with if your not trying to get poisoned. Off to the serum you go jerk!!!
