What are some easy ways to start getting radiology exposure 1st/2nd year of medical school? Do I start looking at radiology textbooks and scans right away or is there a friendlier way to ease in?
Best way is to shadow some radiologists!
A person who completes a fellowship let say in msk radiology starts doing second fellowship lets say breast radiology. Does he or she can also work as msk radiologist along side his breast fellowship?
Yes absolutely! In fact you can work as any type of radiologist without always doing a fellowship (depending on the job), and most radiologists outside academics practice >1 subspecialty. Even many in academics are part of more than 1 section.
