Maybe if you added baking powder and baking soda (rising agents) to the flour they would rise properly. Also, the butter should be very cold when you cut it into the flour. Please actually follow the directions.

I have a similar cutter and know the struggle getting that last piece of dough cut out. In Sweden we shape our scones lake hot cross buns and break pieces to eat, but I prefer yours :)

They did NOT turn out well as they were overcooked, dry and burnt Lee always gives albums up as he is afraid of his mother bullying him, he must have a stomach made of cast iron to keep her food down. I always when I am cooking think to myself what would Kay do and yhrn I do the complete opposite as kay never ever does anything right, she cannot even follow a written down recipe correctly.

You cannot knead pastry in a bowl only on a worksurface by pushing it back and forth with the heal of the hand. The more you mess with the dough the tougher it gets. You should handle the dough as little as possible with really cold hands. When making scones the pastry should be at least 1/2 inch thick. If you don't know how to make them why film it, so pathetic and you say MY WAY when you know the receipe has gone wrong so you try to cover up your own inadequacies. Can you please stop swearing all the time. Only the unintelligent swear, as it shows a lack of the English language and a low vocabulary range.
