Those are unique fishcakes...usually they are made with cooked potato and smaller pieces of fish,and flour/egg/breadcrumbed rather than battered...I don't think it would actually be possible to make them your way without them falling apart and having raw potato.Good try though.

Proper recipes say to use green chilli but you could maybe replace it with green peppers so it isn't spicy. That's what I would do!
