Well baking is not purely a science of course. Even though there is a scientific aspect of it in the same way that cooking is. Weighing everything for baking is completely unnecessary when you can judge using standards,and consistency and experience etc. It gives you a much better understanding and technique then weighing everything. As when you way everything you're much too dependent on the recipe snd you dont understand it or feel it.

As usual I'm years late on your channel Kay but if you ever make this for yourself again, if you line ya tray with baking paper and when it comes out of oven use the paper to roll it while it'd still warm then leave yo cool like that and unroll when cool then it won't break. 👍👍👍
