Thank you for making this video. How long did it take you to feel the full effects? I started about 1 months ago on 5mg for anxiety and just upped it to 7.5 mgs yesterday. The 5 mgs was helping to calm that extreme anxiousness but did not take it away completely. Looking forward to feeling normal again and not feeling scared about every day things.
Absolutely! Honestly, pretty quickly…even though everyone is different. I have a video I made 1 month in too, if you want to check that out. I can’t remember what I said in that one, but I think I was starting to notice things right away!

Great video! Did you have to up your dosage at all on Lexapro like you did with the other one?

Side effects?
Haven’t had any! I think I may have some depression/anxiety if I miss a few days every once in a while, but that seems to be it.
