- Hey guys!! This week I wanted to share my current workout routine. I'm on a journey to get my period back, which means chilling out with my workouts! I wanted to show that you CAN still workout while trying to heal your hormones. I also dive a little bit into the topic of weight gain and body image. I'm really focusing on lower my stress and healing my body from the inside out.
(**DISCLAIMER** I DO take rest days! I just don't plan them on certain days. I take them when my body feels like they need them! I just took two the past two days :) So thought that should be noted as well!)
