I agree they had a contract so she has to pay the 10% but the agent seems crap if he is valuing should at 500k when she sold them so much higher.
What I'm still wondering is why did she have to give him power of attorney? That's a lot of power to give someone and is not needed for an agent to rent out your property for you.

The plaintiff participated in the contract by introducing the buyer to the defendant so he was entitled to 10% of the money according to the agreement it would have been different if the obligations of the agent was clearly stated cus the agent was clearly playing gimmicks but the terms of the contract clearly favours the plaintiff 🤦

According to the power of attorney, the agent supposed to get his full 10%,the P of A says 10% on any transaction,it didn't even say 10% on all transactions he participated, but in this case he brought the buyer and the woman played smart on him because she has been linked to the buyer direct, she is an oppressive investor.

The man deserves his 10%, that is what was signed in the agreement, I don't agree with this judgement. If it is 50% in the agreement even if it sounds outrageous and the Standard practice is 5%, it really does not matter, that 50% is what ought to be paid.
