This tenant is taking advantage of the landlady. He's a 'professional tenant'. smh! Landlords have to screen tenants, have proof of employment and a lease.. Good job Judge Funmi.

The manner in which they respond to questions is showing they were not both prepared to come to court. They don't even know how much is the remaining rent. If you prepared yourself with all evidence and come to the court. They Judge will always rule based on those evidence and not what's coming out of your mouth. Written proofs or photos very important in court. God bless Mme Judge.

After watching this video, I finally realized that there are only two reasons why this tantalizing, exhilarating, gladdening and razzle- dazzling write-up would enhance different assertions.
One is the collective use of colloquial abstract representation of normative assertions owing to the distinction in regulatory and derogatory affirmative relations to binary patterns.
The second is that even I don't know what I said above and I've just wasted 20 seconds of your time.
Therefore, with that being said and all protocol duly observed, I hereby declare vawulence and maximum emotional damage.
