How to Check Ford Truck's PSOM (OBS)

Checking my truck's PSOM setting, found out it has been messed with before and it close to the correct setting for 33" tires. So I'll do the calculations to see what a 31" should run at and get back to everyone.

Does 913 to 918 make that much if a difference? Other than accurate speed?
