FOO YUNG 7 JUNE 2024

This is a method that I use to create one of my favourite Chinese dishes Foo Yung. Chinese Restaurants have large woks and use high heat to cook their food. Unfortunately home cookers aren't able to do this.
This is the way that I make Foo Yung which I have modified to suit my taste. I hope that this will inspire you to become more adventurous and try something different.
