    Come, Thou long expected Jesus
    Born to set Thy people free
    From our fears and sins release us
    Let us find our rest in Thee
    Israel's strength and consolation
    Hope of all the earth Thou art
    Dear desire of every nation
    Joy of every longing heart
    2.
    Joy to those who long to see thee
    Day-spring from on high appear
    Come thou promised Rod of Jesse
    Of Thy birth we long to hear
    O'er the hills the angels singing
    News glad tidings of a birth
    Go to him your praises bringing
    Christ the Lord has come to earth
    3.
    Come to earth to taste our sadness
    He whose glories knew no end
    By his life he brings us gladness
    Our Redeemer Shepherd Friend
    Leaving riches without number
    Born within a cattle stall
    This the everlasting wonder
    Christ was born Lord of all
    4.
    Born Thy people to deliver
    Born a child and yet a King
    Born to reign in us forever
    Now Thy gracious kingdom bring
    By Thine own eternal spirit
    Rule in all our hearts alone
    By Thine all sufficient merit
    Raise us to Thy glorious throne

    1 Alleluia! Sing to Jesus!
    His the scepter, his the throne;
    Alleluia! His the triumph,
    his the victory alone.
    Hark! The songs of peaceful Zion
    thunder like a mighty flood.
    Jesus, out of every nation,
    has redeemed us by his blood.
    2 Alleluia! Not as orphans
    are we left in sorrow now;
    Alleluia! He is near us;
    faith believes nor questions how.
    Though the cloud from sight received him
    when the forty days were o'er,
    shall our hearts forget his promise,
    "I am with you evermore"?
    3 Alleluia! Heavenly High Priest,
    here on earth our help, our stay;
    Alleluia! Hear the sinful
    cry to you from day to day.
    Intercessor, friend of sinners,
    earth's Redeemer, hear our plea,
    where the songs of all the sinless
    sweep across the crystal sea.
    4 Alleluia! King eternal,
    you the Lord of lords we own:
    Alleluia! born of Mary,
    earth your footstool, heaven your throne:
    you within the veil, have entered,
    robed in flesh, our great High Priest:
    by your Spirit, left us heavenward,
    i

      +Sandra Gayle Hi Sandra, Thank you for your kind words. As a matter of fact, a video of "Clever Levers" is rolling around in my head right now. It is most propitious that you would inquire. Soon, I promise...

    Hi Ray, I'm delighted by your playing and see you have both harps, make and model, I'm interested in purchasing. I will have to import one without trying. Can you possibly compare the Aberdeen and the FH36 for me. Which has the richer fuller sound and volume please. I wonder if the treble is extra nice on the Dusty because of the wide top to the soundboard. I can't select from seeing in person so it's difficult for me. Is there anything between the two in the quality over materials and workmanship? 🙂

      Hello, Jenny. I am very fortunate to own two lovely harps that I play interchangeably. Please understand that I can not make public judgements on them. I don't endorse either over the other. I enjoy them both and use them with great pleasure.

      I'm sorry I could of phrased my questions in a less competitive tone. Its not so much as what is better as I'm aware they are both lovely but there are obviously differences which would appeal to different peoples preferences, as the brightness/darkness/depth of tone, clarity, resonance, harmonics etc. With recordings its so hard to know if one can believe ones ears as I'm sure you realize. Thanks for your reply.
