    I can’t even begin to explain how much YOU have changed my life. How much you’ve taught me, inspired me, helped me and overall just made me a better person.     I think sleep is hugely important, may I ask why you get up sooo early? 😮 I used to be the same, getting up at 5am "to get things done" believing I am more productive. Then I read a book "Why we sleep" and it totally changed my perception. Now I wake up at 7am and go to bed at 22.30. I still manage to get my 8hours sleep but my body gets up when rested and to bed when tired. obviously everyone is different and I totally respect your reasoning 😊 but would love to know 😊 Keep up the training and best of luck for the marathon 😊

      Hi Petra!!
      I also read the why we sleep and absolutely loved that book. I get why for some people waking up at 5am may seem extreme but for me this is natural. I love going to bed very early (8pm) and waking up around 5am. Ive been like this for years and once during covid I tried having no alarm for 6 months and I still woke up that time. This is my me time and I function the best that time (not this video. Here I couldnt sleep because I had a lot of anxiety that week and made me wake up so thats why I was tired). For me, going to bed after 9pm would be torture. I used to be so ashamed of my bed time because many people made fun of me, but this is what works for my body the best. So now Im just doing what is best for me without apologising. Btw I also have to walk the dogs early since they need to get out, so its another reason to be up that time. Hope this makes sense :)

      That's the way to live and thank you for sharing this so transparently! 😊 I totally agree with you - we should listen to our body and do what's best for US. No matter how much different it might to the majority of the people. There is no definition of normal, so great you are celebrating your YOU and what feels best for you 😊

      @@petrasheffield9188 yes!! I love this mindset so much, and this is exactly how I am thinking about nutrition and training too. No one size fits all, what works for me might not work for you and thats the beauty of being an individual. Love that we are different and we can still support each other regardless ❤️🩷

      Our metabolism, the way we process nutrition and build muscles is extremely individual. I build muscles very quickly while my sister needs to work super hard. I do not eat more or add protein powders, I am just lucky for my gens! You do you, Flora. Let's enjoy life that feels best for us 😌 ✨️

    My husband ran the Vienna city marathon and he didn't like it very much. There were so many runners pushing and shoving each other. Maybe you should start with a different one. Linz is nice. Much less crowded. Anyway you will make it and I hope you will have a great experience!

    Be careful about training for marathon in the gym - it feels different running up the hills and streets on natural ground. But you nailed it ! And I like you’re from Hungary. ❤

      I was thinking the same thing!! I also hate running on a treadmill!!! I am actually slower on the treadmill and my body hurts more on them!!

      This was just a day when I was busy and didnt have time to eat as much in the video. I am human, not every day is a perfect day (no day is tbh.)

      You have to MAKE time for great nutrition if you are serious about running those sorts of distances otherwise you are putting your body under a huge amount of strain and you will end up fatigued and injured especially as a vegan you have to be extra vigilant with your diet. As a young woman running 9k plus walking your dogs and just living as busy as you are there really is no excuse. I have three children, a dog to walk, a home to run and a job and I can still make time to eat. Your video is sending out a worrying message!

      @@lynneshenfine3245 I have no eating "issues" whatsoever. I am not sure if you actually watch my videos or you are just picking on me based on this one. I admire you if you can eat perfectly every single day. I stated in this video that I had a large dinner so I fuel myself enough, because I havent had enough food during the day. I literally said that. I would never ever advocate for undereating whatsoever and I truly believe that my videos that are about food always spread a positive message about food. Its about the whole picture, not just one meal.
