- Join me in this vlog for a Sunday reset day. I was planning to do more of a week in my life vlog, but I'm still getting used to vlogging again, so here's a productive day in my life instead. Taking better care of myself while planning a more structured CZcams schedule is on my vision board for 2024, so this video is all about goal planning and setting the tone for a more productive week ahead. I’m sharing the journal and planner I use to set myself up for success, some practical tips, and (hopefully) some inspiration to make your Sundays count and optimize your mindset during your own reset routine at home. Thank you for the kind words! I think romanticization can be a powerful tool for being more appreciative of life especially if you’re prone to negative thoughts (like me). And the recipe still needs a little work, but I’ll share it soon!
